How cool is this! MRI scans of a variety of fruits and vegetables. We just can't stop looking at them.
Scanning an orange to test his machine's settings, Andy Ellison, an MRI tech at Boston University School of Medicine, was amazed by the resulting image. And so began scanning more and more fruit, vegetables and plants.
