Why Organic?
The answer is simple. Farming organic means to us, using only materials, that occur naturally. No artificial fertilizers or chemicals sprays. It involves working with nature rather than against it. Organic practices are not a new idea. Gardeners and Farmers have done that for generations and maintained the fertility of the land for centuries. For us, it is the only way to work with our land. Giving back what we take out through crop rotations, green crops and natural fertilizers to steadily improve the soil and not deplete it. Going through the hoops of being certified, gives a clear statement to our customers. Natural is not enough.
