Our rolled oats are rolled raw dehulled oat kernels. Being raw the oats retain more nutrients and flavour in exchange for shorter shelf life. If ordering large amounts be prepared to refridgerate or freeze the oats to retain the maximum benefit. All our grains are made from certified organic grains
